Complaints Policy
How to raise a concern about our journalism.
We take complaints about our journalism seriously. This page explains what we accept, how to send one, and what to expect.
What you can complain about
- Accuracy of a published article
- Editorial standards or conduct of our journalists
- Unfair treatment, privacy, or use of images
For factual errors we usually class the request as a correction — see our Corrections Policy.
How to submit a complaint
Email complaints@parrhesianews.co.uk with:
- The article URL or headline
- The specific text or claim you are challenging
- What you believe is wrong, with any evidence
- Your name and a contact email
What happens next
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and respond substantively within 20 working days. Complex complaints may take longer; we will keep you updated.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask for the matter to be reviewed by our Editor-in-Chief. Please reply to our response email and request escalation.
